Finger roller screens from the August Müller GmbH & Co. KG are special screens used in the processing of very dirty screen waste.
Finger and spacing disks mounted to rotating shafts effect constant movement of the screen feed inside the enclosed machine. The specially developed finger shape and the undulating arrangement of the disks causes the feed material to be flung up, effecting its segregation and cleaning.
Depending on the material to be screened, the level of dirt and the installation conditions, the length, width and gap width are individually configured and manufactured.
For a maximum feed capacity of 700 t/h and a maximum feed size of 250 mm , depending on the material properties, screening between 0-50 mm and a maximum of 0-8 mm can be achieved.
